Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand client requirements in the IT domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT products/services/solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions (CRM)
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
- Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, and upselling opportunities
- Prepare periodic sales reports for management review
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 0–1 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT/software/services industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of IT products, software solutions, or services is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
