Housing Home is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Team Leader to lead our sales team, drive revenue, mentor sales executives, and create an exceptional client experience across our projects.

Employment: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000/month
Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra – 411027
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for leading, coaching, and growing a team of sales executives while driving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
This role is ideal for someone who has personally closed real estate deals and is ready to take the next step by building and mentoring a team that delivers the same results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train & mentor the sales team to achieve targets
- Set individual & team goals and monitor performance
- Manage pipeline health, forecasts & conversion opportunities
- Support the team in high-value, complex & stuck deals
- Conduct training on product knowledge, objection handling & closing
- Work with senior management on sales strategy, pricing & positioning
- Maintain CRM discipline, documentation & compliance
- Build solid relationships with channel partners & brokers
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of real estate sales experience, including team handling/mentoring
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching & conflict-resolution abilities
- Good understanding of the Pune real estate market & RERA basics
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting
- Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
- A target-oriented mindset with the ability to lead by example
