Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Sales Team Leader / Sales Supervisor who can manage, guide, and motivate our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily sales activities, ensuring target achievement, following up on leads, maintaining CRM records, and improving overall team performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, follow-up, reporting, and team-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
- Assign leads, prospects, and daily calling/follow-up activities to team members.
- Monitor individual and team-wise sales performance against targets.
- Motivate the team and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance/coaching to sales executives.
- Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, meetings, conversions, and lead status.
- Ensure proper and timely updating of CRM/Excel reports.
- Track pending leads and ensure regular follow-up until closure.
- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing important leads.
- Identify gaps in team performance and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with management and operations teams regarding sales requirements.
- Train new sales executives on sales processes, communication, follow-up,



and company services.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, productivity, and professional conduct within the team.
- Monitor conversion ratios and suggest strategies to improve sales performance.
- Ensure that team members follow the company's sales process and reporting system.

- Hospitality, F&B;, healthcare, B2B, or service-sector sales experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant sales experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a team-handling/supervisory role preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
