Sales Support & CRM Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Sales Support & CRM Manager to manage sales coordination, customer relationship management, CRM/ERP systems, and sales reporting. The role will ensure smooth sales operations, accurate customer data, timely follow-ups, and effective coordination between sales, operations, finance, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate customer, lead, quotation, order, and sales data in the CRM/ERP system.

Monitor the complete sales cycle from lead generation and quotation to order processing and customer follow-up.

Ensure timely updating of customer interactions, enquiries, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM.

Generate and maintain sales reports, MIS, dashboards, pipeline reports, and performance reports.

Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups, pending quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements.





Track sales leads and opportunities and ensure proper follow-up until closure.

Support sales managers with customer information, sales analysis, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, and other departments for smooth order execution.

Monitor CRM/ERP data quality, identify gaps, and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Maintain customer records and support customer relationship management activities.

Assist in CRM/ERP implementation, process improvement, user training, and system troubleshooting.

Identify opportunities to improve sales processes through better use of CRM/ERP tools.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer and sales information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
