Role Description:

1. The Sales & Support Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Guntur West, responsible for driving product adoption and providing ongoing support to institutional clients.

2.Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging prospective schools and colleges, conducting product demos,



explaining key features and benefits and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. 3.Conduct online and offline product demonstrations of APTORA for schools, colleges, and educational institutions.

4.Travel to institutions and customer locations assigned by the company for product demonstrations, meetings, and follow-ups.

5.Travel allowance will be provided for approved business-related travel.

6.Collect customer feedback, requirements, and suggestions and communicate them to the concerned internal/product team.

7.Maintain proper records of demos, customer interactions, follow-ups, and support requests.

8.Understand and resolve customer queries related to APTORA software modules, features, and workflows.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Comfort working on-site in Guntur West, willingness to travel to client locations as needed, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on client success.
