Engineers Realty is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing real estate sales team in Pune / PCMC.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads and convert prospects into site visits & bookings
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct site visits and effectively present project USPs
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Coordinate with pre-sales, CRM and project teams

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply

? Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives

? Location: Pune / PCMC
