We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Inside Sales Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable spare-parts information.
- Receive and process customer orders accurately.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders and payments.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team.
- Maintain customer and order details.
- Build good relationships with existing and current customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and order targets.

Skills Required:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Kannada/Hindi/English communication is an advantage.
