Role Description The Sales & Service Engineer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Chennai, with some flexibility for work from home as business needs allow. In this role, the Sales Service Engineer will provide in office and remote technical support for dispersion, grinding, and mixing equipment, including installation assistance, commissioning, and performance checks.

The role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating maintenance and repair activities, and delivering timely field service to customers.





The Sales Service

Engineer will also collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, prepare technical proposals, and support product demonstrations. Regular responsibilities include documenting service activities, communicating clearly with customers and internal teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for industrial equipment and systems.
- Hands-on experience in field service, including on-site visits and remote assistance.
- Knowledge of maintenance & repair practices for mechanical or electro-mechanical machinery.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, sales teams, and technical staff.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
- Comfort with a hybrid work model and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Prior experience in paint, ink, chemical, adhesive, or polymer processing industries is an advantage.
