Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming patient enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms.
- Communicate professionally with patients and understand their medical requirements.
- Explain available healthcare services and guide patients regarding consultations and treatment options.
- Follow up with interested patients and convert enquiries into consultations and confirmed cases.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors and hospitals.
- Maintain proper records of patient enquiries, follow-ups, and case status.
- Provide excellent patient support throughout the treatment process.
- Coordinate internally with the operations and hospital teams for smooth case management.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling patient information.




- Build strong relationships with patients through polite and effective communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good calling, counselling, and sales skills.
- Ability to handle patients professionally and empathetically.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
- Previous experience in healthcare, telesales, patient counselling, insurance, or sales will be preferred.
