- Generate leads and acquire new customers for Loans & OD facilities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to disbursement.
- Build solid customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.
- Conduct field visits and market activities as required.
Requirements: Graduate with good communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset. Experience in banking/NBFC/loan sales preferred. Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
