Job Summary

Retta Hygiene is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

- Promote and explain company products to customers.
- Interact with customers and understand their requirements.
- Demonstrate products and communicate their features and benefits.
- Generate customer interest and support sales conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the sales team.
- Maintain basic sales and customer records.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth sales operations.




- Follow company policies and sales procedures.

Requirements
- Qualification: SSLC / Plus Two or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
- Willingness to work towards sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidate Preference
- Preferred age range: 25–45 years
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
