Role Overview

Brightr is looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Intern to drive market expansion across live events, music festivals, hospitality (HORECA), and corporate brand activations. In this role, you will work closely with the founding team to identify high-value B2B opportunities, conduct targeted outreach, and help close deals for our sustainable biocomposite and custom smart event drinkware solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Map potential B2B clients across event management agencies, festival organizers, corporate gifting divisions, and hospitality venues.
- Outreach & Pipeline Management: Run targeted outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to pitch Brightr’s product ecosystem to key decision-makers.
- Sales Collateral & Proposals: Draft commercial proposals, cost estimates, and custom branding pitch decks tailored to specific client needs.
- Client Engagement & Meetings: Assist founders and senior sales leads during client presentations, sample drop-offs, and negotiations.
- Event Activation Support: Coordinate logistics, product availability,



and on-ground brand presence for partnered live entertainment and corporate events.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor offerings, pricing benchmarks, and emerging trends in sustainable packaging and experiential marketing.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Current undergraduate/postgraduate student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- High initiative, persistence, and comfort with cold outreach and relationship-building.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office (especially Google Slides/PowerPoint and Sheets/Excel).
- Genuine interest in sustainability, live entertainment, and brand marketing.
- Based in Mumbai with availability to attend client meetings and events as needed.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District)
