Key Responsibilities

- n
- Manage and maintain Zoho CRM, including data, modules, fields, pipelines, and user access.n
- Build and optimize workflows, blueprints, and automation using Deluge.n
- Develop basic custom functions and scripts to automate CRM processes.n
- Support API integrations, webhooks, and third-party tool integrations.n
- Work with Zoho Campaigns / Zoho Marketing Automation for basic campaign execution and customer segmentation.n
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales, customer, and campaign performance.n
- Ensure CRM data hygiene, including data validation, deduplication, and regular updates.n
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide timely solutions to internal teams.n
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to understand requirements and improve CRM processes.n
- Support ongoing CRM customization, automation,



and process improvement initiatives.n

nRequirements

- n
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho ecosystem.n
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Deluge — mandatory.n
- Basic working knowledge of SQL.n
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python.n
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.n
- Exposure to Zoho Flow, Zapier, or similar automation tools is preferred.n
- Good understanding of CRM workflows and automation.n
- Comfortable with Excel and basic reporting/analytics.n
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.n
- Good communication and coordination skills.n
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.n
