? About the Role
nWe are looking for a technology-driven professional to support our Distributor Management System (DMS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) platforms. This role ensures smooth sales operations, system stability, and business continuity across FMCG workflows.

n? Key Responsibilities
n
- n
- Manage and support day-to-day DMS operations.n
- Onboard distributors and ensure seamless transaction processing.n
- Monitor SFA (Bizom) and Tally ERP/TallyPrime integrations.n
- Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve distributor queries.n
- Validate sales, inventory, returns, and master data.n
- Generate MIS reports and provide actionable business insights.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.n
- Coordinate UAT for upgrades, patch releases, and custom reports.n
- Train end-users on ERP features and prepare user manuals/process guides.n

n✅ Mandatory Requirements
n
- n
- 3+ years of experience in IT Operations,



Application Support, ERP Support, or DMS/SFA Administration.n
- Hands-on experience with any Sales Force Automation (SFA) application (Bizom / FieldAssist / Recibo or similar).n
- Robust working knowledge of Tally ERP/TallyPrime, Tally integrations, and TDL.n
- Understanding of Distributor Management Systems (DMS) and FMCG sales processes.n

n? Preferred Skills

- n
- ERP experience (SAP or similar) with FMCG workflows across Supply Chain, Inventory, and Sales modules.n
- Business analysis skills: requirements gathering, functional specifications, and testing.n
- Database management (SQL, Oracle) and ability to write SQL queries.n
- Experience in application development, testing, and rollouts.n
- Strong focus on data integrity (pricing, SKUs, vendor data).n
- Change management and user support expertise.n
