Relationship Executive, Loans and Partnerships

We help salaried people cut their EMI, consolidate loans they are struggling with, and move to better rates.

We are adding this role to take full ownership of both. It is a seat with real scope from day one, not a slot in an existing machine.

You will be the person they speak to, from the first call to the day their loan closes. You will figure out what they actually need, tell them honestly when we cannot help, and stay with the case until it is done.



These are not small decisions for the people on the other end of the call. Someone who is genuinely good with people, on the phone and across a table.

Full time, on site in Mumbai.

~ Confident on calls and able to hold a serious conversation with a customer about their finances without hiding behind a script.

~ Ability to build and hold relationships with lender side contacts, and the initiative to open recent ones without being told who to call.

~ Comfortable working with a CRM and keeping your own pipeline clean and current. Working knowledge of Excel for basic tracking and reporting.

~ Fluent in English and Hindi.

~ You will be handling people's financial information and telling them things they may not want to hear.

~ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
