Job Description
We're looking for sharp, young and creative minds to join our design team as a full time Graphic Designer. This role is for someone who can think, design and create independently, not just execute briefs, but bring ideas, taste, and initiative to the table.
nYou'll work on creatives across formats and platforms, collaborating closely with marketing, campaign, and client teams to bring ideas to life quickly and with quality.
nCTC: INR 3,45,000 to 4,00,000 lakhs per annum

nEligibility: Freshers - UG/PG, any Design or Creative stream
nYour day to day responsibilities shall encompass:

- Design creatives for digital campaigns across formats: static, display, social, and moren
- Take ownership of design tasks end-to-end, from brief to final outputn
- Bring original ideas to the table, not just execute what's askedn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and turnaround high-quality work at pacen
- Stay on top of design trends and continuously raise the creative barn

- A strong design portfolio that shows original thinking, not just software skilln
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent)n
- A self-starter attitude, comfortable taking initiative with minimal hand-holdingn

- Ability to work at pace without compromising on qualityn
