Role: Retail Business Development Manager

nKisanKraft Limited is a Bengaluru-headquartered agricultural equipment and power tools company, with a 46-acre manufacturing facility in Nellore, a dealer network of over 5,000 partners, and exports to 16+ countries. This position will work to develop retail business models for exclusive showroom, franchise-outlet in the assigned city.
nThe Retail Business Development Manager will define the concept, develop strategy, promotion and business development activities.

- You will drive identifying and recruiting franchisors, building and growing the exclusive showrooms, franchise outlets, drives primary/secondary sales, and executes local promotional and market-development activity.n
- You will drive, track and analyse sales performance, primary/secondary sales and market activation of the franchise retail outlet in the assigned city.



You will need present causes for successes, failures, and future steps suggestion and arrive at a consensus for revisions.n

nKey Responsbilities
n• Retail Sales Development – Showroom design, product mix and placement
nDrive footfall, conversion, and revenue growth at the franchise retail outlet.
n• Secondary Sales – Drive secondary sales from the retail outlet and city dealer network into end-customer hands,
nTracking and improving stock turnaround and channel offtake.
n• Promotional & Market Activation – Plan and execute local promotional activities
nFarmer meets, product demonstrations, in-outlet campaigns, local advertising
nTie-ups to build brand visibility and drive walk-ins.
nDigital marketing campaigns: convert leads generated into orders
n• Channel & Relationship Management – Build and maintain relationships with primary and secondary dealers
