nRole descriptions / Expectations from the Role
n1 Provide architectural and design oversight to ensure all solutions are fit for purpose and use.
n2 Understand the current “as is processes” and deliver toolset changes based on upcoming process changes.
n3 Customization or development of enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes
n4 Work closely with BA’s, Architects, Testing team and process teams.
n5 Take respective ownership as an individual contributor throughout the project lifecycle.
