Role overview

n5 -10 years of professional software development experience.
n Deep expertise in at least one modern programming language – JavaScript/Java
nwith strong working knowledge of frontend/backend frameworks.
n Robust understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and principles
n(e.g., SOLID, microservices, event-driven architectures)
n Experience with AI tools, frameworks, platforms, and their application in software delivery
n Experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS services), containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
n Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
n Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modelling
n Fluency with XP practices: TDD, pair programming, continuous integration,
nrefactoring
n Working knowledge of security principles (secrets management, least privilege)

nKey Responsibilities:
nSoftware Development & Technical Contribution
n Write, review,



and own production-quality code as an active contributor to the
nteam's codebase; this is a technical, hands-on role
n Champion the use of AI-first software delivery approaches, leveraging AI tools and frameworks to enhance development efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and improve decision-making
n Advocate for and implement modern engineering practices, such as Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
n Contribute to architectural decisions at the team and system level, balancing
npragmatism with long-term maintainability
n

nDelivery & Collaboration
n Help break down complex technical work into well-scoped, deliverable increments
n Contribute as a strong technical contributor within the team, supporting technical
ndiscussions and decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QAs,
nproduct owners, architects, designers, and program management to clarify
nrequirement
