We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Sales to lead and manage a sales team, drive revenue, achieve targets, improve conversion rates, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales team handling, call centre/revenue functions, CRM, sales performance management, and customer escalations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Monitor team and agent-wise performance, productivity, and sales KPIs.
- Track Lead-to-Deal and Deal-to-Won conversion ratios.
- Manage agent-wise revenue pipeline and ensure effective follow-ups.
- Coach team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare sales performance reports and share insights with management.




- Work with cross-functional teams to improve the overall sales process.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- 7+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in a Team Leader/Sales Team Lead role.
- Experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Call Centre, or Revenue Functions.
- Robust leadership, communication, analytical, and team-management skills.
- Good understanding of sales KPIs, conversion metrics, CRM, and pipeline management.
- Graduate degree required.
