We are looking for an Experience Sales Operations Executive.
This role goes beyond lead handling and requires active client acquisition, relationship building, negotiation, and in-person meetings with corporate decision-makers. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing opportunities from prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities.
● Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation.
● Schedule and attend in-person meetings with corporate clients.
● Understand client requirements and develop suitable gifting and procurement solutions.
● Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closures
● Manage key accounts and identify upselling opportunities.
● Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
● Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Skills & RequirementsMust Have
● Excellent spoken and written English & Hindi. Marathi
● Team coordination, Data management.
● Strong understanding of corporate sales cycles.
● Ability to independently manage client meetings and business discussions.
Preferred
● Prior experience in corporate gifting, procurement, branding, promotional merchandise, printing, advertising, events, or related industries.
● Existing corporate network is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, or related fields

● Confident in front of senior stakeholders and corporate decision-makers.
● Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
