- Manage sales activities to achieve targets for industrial consumables such as adhesives, bearings, cutting tools, lubricants, machine tools, power tools, and abrasives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors to increase sales volume and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis to expand product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in channel sales or similar role in the industrial products industry.
- Solid understanding of industrial consumables including adhesives, bearings, cutting tools, lubricants, machine tools, power tools, and abrasives.
- Excellent distributor handling skills with ability to build strong relationships with key accounts.
