Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Trainee to join our team. The candidate will get hands-on experience in sales, digital marketing, lead generation, customer communication, market research, and business development.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the sales team in generating and following up on leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities.
- Prepare basic sales and marketing reports.
- Assist in customer communication and relationship management.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Learn and use AI tools, CRM platforms, and other digital marketing tools.
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets with guidance from the team.

Requirements
- Fresher or candidate with 0–1 year of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration,



Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and digital marketing.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with social media, CRM, or AI tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and sales techniques.
