Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Trivandrum

Experience: Minimum 8 Years in Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies.

- Handle and lead telesales activities and monitor team performance.

- Manage client communication, meetings, and negotiations.

- Generate current leads and convert prospects into clients.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

- Handle client queries, follow-ups, and escalations.

- Prepare sales reports and monitor business performance.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development.





- Strong experience in telesales and client handling.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.

- Good knowledge of customer relationship management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
