We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to join our interior design company. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting enquiries into clients, managing sales activities, and developing effective marketing strategies to increase company growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads through online and offline marketing channels.
- Handle enquiries from customers and understand their interior design requirements.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage digital marketing activities including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and other platforms.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients when required.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor competitors,



market trends and new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain regular reports of leads, follow-ups, conversions and sales performance.

Requirements
- Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the interior design / construction / real estate / home improvement industry.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Leadership and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of interior design products and services will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
