- Develop and implement effective real estate marketing and sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, social media, property portals, referrals, events, networking, and other channels.
- Handle enquiries from prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project demonstrations for potential customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into bookings and sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and investors.
- Develop and manage relationships with real estate agents and channel partners to increase project sales.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
