1. Role Objective:

To drive overall Sales Revenue and lead entire Marketing to achieve company sales targets. A. SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve monthly / quarterly / yearly sales targets for all projects
- Lead and manage sales teams of all branches
- Develop sales strategies, pricing, offers, and payment plans
- Train, motivate, and monitor sales officers and managers
- Handle key clients, HNI clients, and closing of major deals
- Ensure CRM updation, daily follow-ups, and lead conversion
- Coordinate with CRM & Documentation team for agreement and registration
- Build and manage Channel Partner / Broker network across Kerala & Gulf
- Daily / Weekly sales review and reporting to Management

B. MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute 360° Marketing - Digital + Offline
- Generate quality leads through Google, Meta, YouTube, Portals, Events, Expos




- Manage Branding - Hoardings, Ads, Brochures, Social Media, Website
- Control Marketing Budget and ensure low CPL and high ROI
- Manage agencies, designers, and vendors
- Plan Project Launches, Property Shows, and Promotional Campaigns

1. Skills Required:

- Proven track record in Real Estate Sales & Marketing
- Strong leadership, team handling, and closing skills
- Excellent communication - Malayalam, English, Hindi
- Target-oriented, strategic thinker, positive market knowledge

1. Qualification: MBA / Any Degree with 10+ Years Experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
