About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen our market presence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial, commercial, technical, or project-based sales, with a strong ability to develop new business, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop potential customers, projects, dealers, and business partners.

Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.

Conduct regular client visits and build solid qualified relationships.

Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer orders.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.

Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, promotional activities, and industry events.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Engineering,



or a related field.

3–4 years of relevant sales experience.

Prior experience in water industry sales is mandatory/preferred.

Experience in water treatment, water purification, wastewater treatment, RO systems, pumps, water equipment, or related products/services will be an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to generate business and convert leads into customers.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales activities.

Preferred Skills

Experience in industrial equipment, project-based sales, or technical solutions.

Strong B2C sales and business development capabilities.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Good understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and market development.
