About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our hearing care and child development services, build strong relationships with referral sources, and drive footfall and revenue growth for the center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for healthcare/allied services, and the ability to connect with parents, doctors, schools, and the community.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for hearing aids, therapy programs, and diagnostic services.
- Counsel walk-in and referred clients/parents about services, programs, and hearing aid options.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through calls, walk-ins, camps, and digital channels.
- Coordinate with audiologists, therapists, and doctors for smooth client conversion and service delivery.

Marketing

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, ENT specialists, schools, and daycare centers for referrals.
- Organize and manage hearing screening camps, awareness programs, and community outreach events.

Relationship & Reporting

- Build a strong referral network with doctors, hospitals, .
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports for management.




- Gather client feedback and testimonials to strengthen brand reputation.
- Represent the center at health fairs, exhibitions, and community events.

Key Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Target-driven mindset with good negotiation skills
- Ability to travel locally for referral visits, camps, and events
- Empathy and patience while dealing with parents and children with special needs (preferred)

Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preference for Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management)
- Experience: 1–4 years in sales/marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, education, or allied health services
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also apply
