Job Summary

Retta Hygiene is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team. The role involves promoting company products, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and market company products within the assigned territory.
- Identify and approach potential customers and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and understand customer requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the management.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and visit reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.




- Ensure timely follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates from Non-Food FMCG backgrounds are preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler driving licence required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates in the 25–45 age range are preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
- Should be comfortable with field sales and regular market visits.
