Job Summary

Excellence Group of Institutions is looking for an energetic and confident Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools and colleges, conducting and coordinating seminars, interacting with students, and building strong relationships with educational institutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy travelling, meeting new people, communicating with students, and working in a dynamic and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, and other educational institutions as part of marketing activities.
- Coordinate and conduct seminars, awareness programs, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Interact confidently and professionally with students, teachers, and management representatives.
- Build and maintain good relationships with schools and colleges.
- Promote the institution's courses and educational programs.
- Generate student enquiries and potential leads through institutional visits and seminars.
- Follow up on marketing activities and submit regular updates to the management.
- Represent the organization professionally during external visits and events.
- Work towards assigned marketing and admission targets.





Candidate Requirements
- Must have own Two-Wheeler.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with students and educational professionals.
- Willingness to travel locally for school and college visits.
- Energetic, confident, and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to conduct presentations and seminars.
- Previous experience in marketing, education marketing, or student counselling will be an added advantage.

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Monthly Salary
- Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
- Incentives will be provided upon achieving assigned targets.
- If the target is not achieved, the candidate will receive the fixed salary as per company policy.
