About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, confident and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, handling enquiries and supporting the company’s marketing and sales activities in the industrial/B2B sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new B2B leads and business opportunities.
- Identify potential customers, transformer manufacturers, dealers, distributors and industry prospects.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable products/solutions.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and prospective customers regularly.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Technical and Production teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain and update customer databases, leads and follow-up records.
- Conduct market research and identify new markets and potential customers.
- Assist in digital marketing, social media promotion and online lead generation.
- Support marketing activities through LinkedIn, Instagram, Google and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare basic marketing reports,



presentations and customer-related documents.
- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs and promotional activities.
- Travel for customer visits and business development activities whenever required.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable command of English, Kannada and Hindi.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email.
- Strong customer follow-up, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for business requirements.

Preferred Candidate

- MBA – Marketing candidates will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in B2B/industrial/electrical/engineering product marketing will have an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in marketing are also encouraged to apply.
