Role Description The Sales Manager role at Workaholic is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The person in this role will lead sales activities, develop and manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the company’s workwear products. Daily responsibilities include identifying current business opportunities, meeting with prospective and existing customers, presenting product solutions, and negotiating contracts.

The Sales

Manager will also collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and customer feedback, while monitoring sales performance and preparing regular reports. This role involves mentoring sales team members, setting targets,



and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship building.
- Experience in account management and negotiation, with the ability to close deals and manage long-term customer partnerships.
- Solid understanding of retail, apparel, or workwear markets; prior experience in fashion or uniform-related industries is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team supervision, coaching, and performance management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Comfort working on-site in Chennai and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and market visits as needed.
