- Drive overall plant sales, target recent industrial clients, and close bulk B2B packaging deals.
- Actively expand business into high-demand sectors, focusing on FMCG, Food & Beverage, Electronics, and Consumer Goods.
- Manage key client relationships, conduct regular site visits, and finalize long-term supply orders.
- Prepare accurate box costing based on paper GSM, Burst Factor (BF), conversion costs, and freight.
- Enforce strict payment terms, monitor client credit limits, and drive timely payment collections.
- Assess customer packaging needs, check carton load strength, and arrange quick sample approvals.
- Coordinate with plant production to match paper deckle sizes, reducing paper scrap and wastage.
- Track raw material kraft paper rates and adjust box pricing accordingly with clients.
- Coordinate printing stereo blocks, cutting dies, and final artwork approvals before production.
- Monitor daily job schedules with the factory floor to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.
- Drive repeat orders, build customer retention, and resolve any quality or transit complaints promptly.
