ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to develop and grow SOLITs business across North Indi, with equal focus on:

- HVAC OEMs & Large Customers
- HVAC Dealers & Distributors
- Government / PSU HVAC Business
- Medical / Hospital HVAC & Medical Gas Projects
- Current Customer & Market Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and grow SOLITs North India Sales
- Build & manage relationships with HVAC OEMs / Manufacturers
- Develop Dealers, Distributors & Channel Partners
- Identify Government / PSU business opportunities
- Develop Medical / Hospital HVAC & Medical Gas business
- Generate new customers through market visits, networking & industry contacts
- Handle Enquiries Quotations Negotiations Order Conversion
- Maintain strong relationships with existing & new customers
- Follow up on Orders, Payments & Collections
- Coordinate with internal teams for Order Execution & Customer Support
- Monitor Market Trends, Competitors & New Opportunities




- Achieve assigned Sales & Collection Targets

PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Candidates with experience / strong contacts in:

1. HVAC OEMs / Manufacturers HIGHLY PREFERRED
2. HVAC Dealers & Distributors
3. Copper Tube / Copper Coil Industry
4. Refrigeration Industry
5. HVAC Contractors & Consultants
6. Government / PSU HVAC Business
7. Medical / Hospital HVAC & Medical Gas Projects

Existing & active relationships with HVAC OEMs and Dealers are highly preferred. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Graduate / MBA / Diploma / Degree relevant qualification preferred
- 3+ Years Relevant Sales Experience
- Experience in HVAC / Copper / Refrigeration / Industrial B2B Sales preferred
- Existing Customer Network & Proven Business
