Preferred Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Ayush/Healthcare Administration, or related fields.
- Core Expertise: High-conversion sales track record selling multi-day residential wellness stays, Panchakarma packages, Kaya Kalpa health programs, and long-stay medical retreats.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of total sales experience, with at least 2–3 years specializing in selling luxury wellness resort stays, NABH-accredited Ayurvedic retreats, or high-end health immersion packages.
- Location & Mobility: Corporate office role based in Gurgaon. Must be comfortable working from the office and building relationships with wellness travel curators, medical tourism networks, and high-net-worth individuals.

- Wellness Stay Revenue Generation: Drive direct room-night revenue and occupancy by closing high-ticket individual, family, and long-stay Ayurvedic wellness packages at Om Kalyanam.
- Consultative Inbound Lead Conversion:



Engage with prospective guests looking for health transformation, assessing their duration requirements (7 to 21+ day stays) and matching them with the right Ayurvedic wellness stay package.
- Partnership & B2B Channel Development: Build and manage relationships with luxury wellness travel agents, international medical tourism operators, family offices, and integrative health consultants to secure regular stay bookings.
- End-to-End Guest Booking Experience: Manage the complete sales journey—from initial inquiry and customized stay proposals to booking confirmation and seamless pre-arrival handoff to the resort medical team.
- Database & Repeat Booking Management: Nurture relationships with past guests and alumni to drive repeat stay bookings, annual health resets, and word-of-mouth family referrals.

Must-Have Skills & Qualities

- Proven capability to sell high-value residential wellness stays ($300–$1,000+ per night stay packages).
- Excellent understanding of Ayurvedic wellness concepts ( Panchakarma , Kaya Kalpa , Dosha resets , and long-stay health retreats) to sell with authentic authority.
- Exceptional command of English and Hindi with polished, persuasive communication skills suited for conversing with CEOs, ultra-HNWIs, NRIs,



and international wellness seekers.
- Strong CRM discipline, pipeline management, and conversion skills to turn health inquiries into paid stay reservations.
- High self-drive, target orientation, and resilience under revenue and room-occupancy deadlines.
