About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, drive revenue, achieve business targets, and manage the complete sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate and manage leads through various channels.
- Guide the team in client follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Monitor individual and team performance and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct daily team meetings and provide sales guidance.




- Develop effective strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Coordinate with CRM and other internal teams for smooth transaction closure.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and escalations professionally.

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Gurugram/NCR real estate market will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
