About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with 7–9 years of relevant experience in the labels, tags, paper bags, printed packaging, cartons, and boxes industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the packaging/printing market, an established customer network, excellent business development skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing clients, generating leads, negotiating commercial terms, and driving revenue growth across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities for labels, tags, paper bags, printed boxes, cartons, and other packaging products.
- Identify and approach potential customers across relevant industries such as FMCG, retail, food & beverage, apparel, cosmetics, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and other consumer-product businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline through market research, referrals, networking, cold calling, and direct customer visits.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the production/design teams to provide suitable solutions and quotations.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Follow up on enquiries, samples, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer requirements, and pricing.
- Achieve sales and collection targets while maintaining healthy margins.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and sales forecasts.
- Work closely with production, procurement, design, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.




- Identify opportunities to increase business from existing customers through cross-selling and upselling.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 7–9 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the labels, tags, paper bags, printed packaging, cartons, folding boxes, or related printing/packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of the B2B packaging and printing sales cycle.
- Existing relationships/network with buyers, procurement teams, brand owners, manufacturers, retailers, FMCG companies, or other relevant customers will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Solid commercial understanding with the ability to prepare and negotiate quotations.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and basic CRM or sales-reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is someone who already understands the printing and packaging industry and can bring a combination of industry knowledge, customer relationships, and strong sales execution. Candidates currently working with or having experience in label manufacturers, packaging companies, commercial printers, paper bag manufacturers, carton/box manufacturers, or related businesses will be preferred.

Candidates with only general sales experience and no relevant printing/packaging industry experience may not be suitable for this position.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
