DESCRIPTION The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth of the companys PCD Pharma Franchise business across assigned territories. The role involves generating and converting new franchise opportunities, developing existing franchise partners, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, and expanding the companys presence into new markets.

The candidate will lead the franchise sales team, monitor leads and conversions, identify high-potential territories, and build strong long-term relationships with pharma franchise partners and distributors. The role also includes commercial negotiations, product portfolio discussions, follow-up on enquiries and orders, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, order execution and customer servicing.

The candidate will be expected to develop sales strategies that improve new franchise acquisition, repeat business and overall revenue from the franchise network.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred. 8-10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with strong hands-on experience in PCD Pharma Franchise / Pharma Franchise sales and team handling.





Proven track record of generating franchise enquiries, converting leads into active franchise partners, developing territories and achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of PCD pharma business models, monopoly/franchise arrangements, product pricing, distributor margins and territory development.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage a sales team and maintain relationships with franchise partners across multiple territories.

Candidates with direct experience in independently driving and scaling PCD Pharma Franchise sales will be preferred.
