As we expand our reach in Kollam and surrounding regions, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, manage client conversions, and drive overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly firm revenue targets.
- Lead Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales funnel from lead acquisition to project closure, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and manage sales executives to improve lead generation, pitching, and negotiation capabilities.
- High-Value Client Engagement: Directly handle key accounts, high-budget residential/commercial consultations, and contract finalizations.
- Collaboration:



Work closely with the interior design and project management teams to align client expectations, budgets, and project scope.

Requirements

- 2+ years of proven experience in sales management or business development within interior design, real estate, architecture, or construction.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic thinking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the regional real estate and interior design market in Kollam/Kerala.
- Based in or willing to commute daily to Karunagappally, Kollam.
