- Create new business opportunities through market visits and customer meetings.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
- Take ownership of monthly business targets.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Life Insurance solutions.
- Track market activity and identify opportunities for business expansion.




- Maintain quality customer service throughout the sales journey.

WHO CAN MAKE THIS ROLE A SUCCESS?

You should be:

- A graduate in any discipline.
- Experienced in 5 + Years of Life Insurance Sales
- CTC : 11.50 LPA+ Incentive + other Benefit
- From Life Insurance, BFSI or any other sales industry .
- Confident in customer interaction and negotiation.
- Comfortable with field visits and target-based work.
- Passionate about building a career in sales.
