Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team
- Handle leads, follow-ups and conversions
- Monitor daily sales performance and reports
- Improve patient conversion and retention
- Develop sales strategies to increase clinic revenue
- Coordinate with the marketing and clinic teams
- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive patient experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Clinic Sales
- Experience in Aesthetic, Hair & Skin Clinic is preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good team management and leadership skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven
- Tamil & English communication skills preferred
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives
Work Location: Karur
