Position: Sales Manager

Location: Bhatar, Surat

Experience: 3–7 Years

Salary: Up to 50,000/month

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales targets and overall business growth.

Lead and manage the sales team.

Manage distributors, dealers and retailers.

Develop and execute business expansion strategies.

Identify and develop new markets and customers.

Monitor sales performance, collections and competitor activities.

Generate new business and increase revenue for the company.

Plan and execute effective market strategies to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of FMCG sales & distribution.

Experience in Bakery/FMCG industry preferred.

Strong team-handling and leadership skills.

Business development and market expansion expertise.

Positive planning, execution and negotiation skills.

Strong focus on sales growth and revenue generation

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
