We are hiring Sales Managers – Home Loan & LAP for a leading NBFC organization.

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA

Locations: Bengaluru – HSR Layout | Ramanagar | Mysore | Bengaluru – Yelahanka | Bengaluru – Attibele | Bengaluru – Peenya

Experience: 1+ years in Home Loan / LAP / Loan Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through field activities, marketing and local market outreach
- Meet customers and recommend suitable Home Loan / LAP products
- Handle customer visits, branch walk-ins, presentations and site promotions
- Achieve sales targets in terms of value and volume
- Manage the complete sales process including pre- and post-sanction activities
- Coordinate documentation and ensure smooth customer service
- Build solid customer relationships and resolve customer queries

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan / LAP / secured loan sales




- BFSI/NBFC experience preferred
- Solid communication, selling and persuasion skills
- Field sales and customer-facing experience
- Knowledge of English, Hindi and regional language preferred
- Graduate in any discipline preferred

Candidates experienced in Home Loan or Loan Against Property only needs to apply. Candidate should have field experience in any of the above mentioned locations.
