Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for low voltage (LV) switchgear products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions through effective communication.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue growth.
Job Requirements :
- 7-19 years of experience in the electrical equipment industry, preferably in a sales role.
- Strong knowledge of LT panels, LV switchgear, and related products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced workplace.
