Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage sales activities to achieve targets for process equipment such as agitators, mixers, pumps, heat exchangers, filtration systems etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, manufacturing) to resolve customer issues and improve product offerings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery sales or related field.
- Robust knowledge of process equipment including agitators, mixers, pumps, heat exchangers, filtration systems etc.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship building and strategic planning.
