- Build solid relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff to generate business.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, productivity, and conversion ratios.
- Coach, motivate, and train the team to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and quality standards.
- Qualification: Graduate with 3–7 years of experience in insurance/bancassurance sales and team handling.
