We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager CFB (Corrugated Box) to drive domestic business growth across E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, D2C Brands, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and other B2B sectors.

The role will be responsible for new customer acquisition, key account management, revenue growth, commercial negotiations, supplier coordination, and end-to-end ownership of the corrugated box business. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the corrugated box industry, packaging solutions, customer requirements, pricing, and B2B sales.

Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Drive revenue and volume growth for CFB (Corrugated Fibre Board/Corrugated Box) products in the domestic market.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers across E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, D2C, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and other industries.
- Develop and execute sales strategies based on market potential, customer requirements, and business objectives.
- Generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, conduct customer meetings, negotiate commercials, and close business.




- Identify opportunities for customized corrugated packaging and value-added solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Packaging, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the corrugated box/CFB, paper packaging, or industrial packaging industry.
- Solid existing network among customers in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, D2C, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Warehousing will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of corrugated boxes, packaging specifications, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong customer acquisition, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with an analytical and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
