Business Development Manager (BDM) – Sales

Climeto Sustainable Services Private Limited is looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, market research, email outreach, and lead-generation activities.
- Identify potential B2B clients and build strong professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service discussions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate with clients, and close deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and updates in the CRM.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales/Corporate Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation,



and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Experience with CRM and lead-generation tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,376.95 - ₹57,086.21 per month
