Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Davangere.

The Sales

Manager will lead and develop a team of financial advisors, driving sales of loan and related financial products to meet and exceed targets. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing local sales strategies, monitoring performance, guiding the team on lead generation and conversion, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners, tracking market trends, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to support business growth.

Manager is also expected to train team members, uphold compliance standards, and promote a collaborative and results-focused work culture.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in meeting revenue and growth targets.
- Team leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and motivation.
- Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand financial needs and offer suitable loan solutions.
- Basic financial and lending knowledge, preferably with exposure to retail loans, banking, or financial services.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as applicable.
- Ability to work in office in Davangere, manage field activities, and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Prior experience in sales management or supervisory roles in financial services or related sectors will be an advantage.
